Modern way of life has contributed to the great increase of obesity. More and more people of all ages struggle to lose weight. Frequently, there is no result or they regain the lost weight.

The basic feature of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is that it helps people change their way of thinking so that they change their behavior and actions. The Weight Loss Support Program, applied in my office, is based on the principles of CBT.
